2014 talk on Loire Valley

A talk and illustrated slide show on ‘THE LOIRE, not only a river, an outstanding cultural heritage’

given by Francine Rouanet-Democrate at the JUBILEE PAVILION.

In a lively ambience, Francine gave a talk on her extensive knowledge and experience of her native France. She took us on an exploration of the history of the Loire and its people, from its source to its estuary mouth. The river is the longest in France, a UNESCO world heritage site, and the cradle of the French language.
